Enhanced conditional logic:
A condition on Entry Date, Date Updated or Payment Date whose value is not a date, such as a merge tag for a text field, caused a fatal error on PHP 8
"Has any of", "has all of" and "has none of" conditions on a Dynamic Lookup field with "Allow multiple selections" and the enhanced user interface only worked for entries with a single selection

This release improves conditional logic and fixes condition builders that showed English text on translated sites.

Conditions on a field that stores the ID of a user, post or entry, such as a Dynamic Lookup, Populate Anything or Nested Forms field, now match the name the field shows, and only the records the visitor may see ("is" and "is not" with a number still compare the stored ID)
Condition dropdowns that search users, entries or posts now load their choices only when they are opened
"Is", "is not", "in" and "not in" conditions on a choice of a Product, Option or Shipping field found no entries
Conditions using the {get} merge tag now find entries when the value in the page address has &, + or %
Several issues with "Any form field" conditions, such as "does not contain" keeping entries that had the value
Several issues with the condition builder and date pickers, including on translated sites
Several issues with condition dropdowns.
On a translated site, the condition builders for export filters and for a saved export's conditional logic showed their buttons and labels in English, such as "Add Condition".
An error on some pages when another plugin filled merge tags without a form.
