How the GPL applies
All plugins and themes on GPL Downloads are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). We do not sell individual items. A membership gives access to GPL-licensed software, which the license allows anyone to use, modify and redistribute.
Our aim is to make these works easy to access while respecting the freedoms the GPL grants.
If you believe something on this site infringes rights that fall outside the scope of the GPL, send us a notice as set out below.
What your notice must include
We need all of the following to review a claim.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The address (URL) of each page on our site where the material appears.
- Evidence that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your contact details, including a valid email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
