Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Subscriptions section of your dashboard before your next billing date. Your subscription will not renew again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do credits work?
One credit is one download. Each plan comes with a daily allowance of credits, and the allowance resets once a day.
Do auto updates use my credits?
Yes. The Auto Updater is free to install. The updates it delivers use your plan's daily credits, the same as downloading from the site.
Will my renewal price go up?
No. Your renewal price stays at the rate you signed up for, for as long as your subscription stays active.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are limited because the products are digital. A request must reach us within 14 days of purchase, and a membership cannot be refunded once any product has been downloaded. Read the full refund policy.
