How activation works
Buy the licence
Check out as normal. Your order confirmation arrives by email.
Open a support ticket
Open a ticket with your order number and the address of the site the licence is for.
Give us temporary access
Add a temporary admin login to that site and put the link in the ticket. The free Temporary Login Without Password plugin makes this easy, and the login expires on its own.
We activate it
Within 12 hours, often much sooner. We reply on the ticket when it is done, and you can then remove the temporary login.
Good to know
- Each licence covers 1 domain. Buy one per site.
- Licences cannot be moved from one domain to another once activated.
- WordPress multisite is not covered.
- Support from the plugin's own developer is not included in most cases. We help with activation.

Questions
What happens after a year?
The licence renews each year at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel from the Subscriptions section of your dashboard.
Why do you need to log in to my site?
The licence is activated on your site by our team, so we need admin access once. A temporary login that expires by itself is the safest way to give it.
How long does activation take?
Within 12 hours of your ticket, and often much sooner.
Can I move the licence to another domain later?
No, sorry. Once a licence is activated on a domain it cannot be transferred.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes, as many as you need. Each licence covers 1 domain.
Does it work on multisite?
No, multisite installs are not covered.
Can I get support from the developer?
