• The Multiple Entries template now fires the gk/gravityview/template/entries/before and gk/gravityview/template/entries/after actions around the entries output, as GravityView's other layouts do.
• The no-results output now uses the .gv-no-results.gv-no-results-text or .gv-no-results.gv-no-results-form classes instead of .gv-diy-view.gv-no-results, matching GravityView's other layouts; update any custom CSS that targets the old selector.
